STEP 3) TURN IN PHYSICAL FORM TO ATHLETIC'S OFFICE OR HAVE CURRENT PHYSICAL ON FILE (you can email a copy to email@example.com)
Step 4) New CHSAA Requirement: STUDENTS ONLY
Beginning with school year 2018-19, Student Athletes MUST create an account with CHSAA using one of the following methods:
Transfer Students: If the student has transferred from another school in the past 12 months, please see the Athletic Director or Athletic Secretary for further instructions.
Within two weeks of tryouts, if an athlete chooses not to continue participating in his/her sport, a full or partial refund MAY be given, depending upon the athlete’s situation. Athletes that are cut from their sport; after the Athletics Office receives verification from the coach will receive a full refund of the athletic participation fee. There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS after the first contest.
**Some sports may require an additional payment for team-associated fees. These fees are IN ADDITION to the DCSD Participation Fee of $185.00**
Beginning with Winter Sports Registration (October 15-November 5) all students homeschooled, or enrolled in a private or charter school who wish to participate on a HRHS athletic team MUST complete paperwork to register as a Highlands Ranch student for the purpose of extracurricular activities. You will not be able to register for Winter or Spring sports until this paperwork has been completed and processed by the HRHS Registrar.
